I was a little surprised to see so many people believe they need at least 15% down to buy a house. While it is recommend to put as much down as you are comfortable with, there are options to buy a home with as little as $0 down. Often times we can make it so the buyer doesn’t need to bring cash for closing costs. Share this with your friends and let people know these options exist.
