Hey everybody it’s Doug Schauf with RE/MAX Oceanside and MakeMaineYourHome.com. You’re probably wondering why I’m standing here in my bathrobe, but I just came up with something. I’m calling it the Bathrobe Home Evaluation. As you probably know a lot of small businesses out there are struggling right now with a lot of the uncertainty of what’s gonna happen over the next couple of months.Ā In real estate, we’re rolling right into our spring market, which is the hottest time of year for real estate. I’m sure a lot of you out there are thinking “I was gonna sell my house this year.” “Now what do I do?” Well, I have a solution for you. I’m calling it the Bathroom Home Evaluation. So what I’m able to do is set up a time with you to have a video conference. You can show me around the House. I don’t have to come there and from that showing I can, you know, take a bunch of notes and put together a value report for you. Then go through all of that with you. Virtually! We can do video conferencing, over the phone, and email and all while we still have our bathrobes on.
