This image is a good sign that we are weeding through the distressed properties that have been flooding the market. There is still more to come because of shadow inventory. Shadow inventory are properties not yet on the market but are in the foreclosure process. As this continues to go down we will see prices start to rise. If you are considering a purchase now is definitley the time to jump in.
