Over the last few months I have talked a lot about inventory. I will continue until it changes. Inventory keeps going down as buyers get into the market place. Very recently, I have seen homes sell very fast with multiple offers and often the seller gets more than they are asking for. Quite frankly, we need homes to sell so we can fill the needs of all the buyers. It is turning into a sellers market and prices should start to jump considerably because of that.
