Often we purchase real estate with a lot of emotion. It is understandable, we all want what is best for our family. I know when we bought our home it was very emotional. We were starting a family and wanted it to be perfect. The problem with making such a big purchase in this emotional state is that we may not consider the investment as much as we should.
