Prices are on the upward trend but it is still like buying a house in 2003 according to this graphic. What makes now a better time to buy are the interest rates. Since they are so much lower than in 2003 you can get more house for your money. If you are considering a purchase this information is exciting. If you are selling it is also exciting because it is this type of information that is making buyers act and in turn selling your house quicker.
