Sometimes we look at the market from month to month to see if we are still heading in the right direction. This graphic shows some great news when you compare this year to last year. Sales and prices are up considerably but we need inventory. There are a lot of buyers in the Greater #Portland, ME area but they are having a hard time finding what they want and avoiding multiple bid situations.
