My family alternates every year, we do Thanksgiving with my family and Christmas with my wifes family. The next year we do Thanksgiving with my wifes family and Chrismas with mine and so on. This year we are going to Buffalo, NY to see my family for Thanksgiving. We load up our two girls and drive about 10 or 11 hours, spend a few days in Buffalo and then head home. Aside from the driving it is a lot of fun. We all get together and do the traditional Thanksgiving meal, watch football and play a game or two. I am really looking forward to it and hope everyone has a happy and safe Thanksgiving!
