In South Portland, Maine we have 6 months worth of inventory when looking at single family homes. In the beginnig of the year it was 9 months. This shows you the type of activity we have had this year so far. We are starting to creep out of a buyers market and into a normal market. Homes are selling quicker and for a little more money!
