I have been talking a lot about how activity is really picking up. The above graphic shows how pending (under contract) home sales is much higher and continuing to go up. This is positive news but the graphic below shows how inventory is way down. This is making it hard for buyers to find what they want. Quality homes are selling very quickly and all this is a good sign that the housing market is on the rebound.
